·         Goodbye CCM..... Hello Paraguay!‏https://blu172.mail.live.com/mail/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/mail/clear.gif

Ok I have a lot to write like always. So I will be flying to Paraguay Tuesday morning at like....well way way early! haha So I will be packing on Monday and will only be able to give you a small farewell letter like the one you guys got when i arrived here. And then the next time you will hear from me will be when I am in the mission field! ISNT THAT CRAZY!!!!!! It’s about an hour to two hour flight from here to there. And I will be leaving with all the others. I’ll be fine and I will let you know how it went.

So I wrote last time about getting a new room. I have four new roommates. From Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and Columbia. They are awesome but they are kinda crazy. For example the Hermana from Argentina is constantly going around tickling everyone. And these girls sleep through anything!!!!!!! We try to wake them up in the morning, or when the alarms go off, and it doesn’t even phase them. Also the Hermana from Brazil came here speaking absolutely no Spanish. They say that you can still understand Spanish but i can tell she is struggling! She is so sweet though. And she is teaching us some Portuguese words. Super nice girls. And most of the Latinos that came in this time around are going to either my mission or the Uruguay, Montevideo mission. In this new room my window overlooks the temple. I sleep on the top bunk and literally I go to sleep looking at the temple and wake up looking at the temple. IT’S AWESOME!!!!!!

So last Thursday I had the cool opportunity to go through the temple again with my roommates and all the other girls. We went through with all the girls I came here with.  It was so super spiritual! I love these girls so much. And when we all get home from our missions we have plans to get together and attend as many of the elders homecomings as possible. They are so awesome.

Did I tell you that I would be getting a new evening teacher because my old ones contract was finished? Well last Friday my class got to be the guinea pigs. And we had three different teachers, applying for jobs here at the MTC teach us. All of them did well. One of them is from Argentina and served his mission in St. George Utah! He did awesome. Our new teacher though served his mission in Barcelona, Spain. He is an awesome teacher.

Also guess what weird food I ate this last week. It’s called morzilla..........BLOOD SAUSAGE!!!!!! It is literally a sausage looking thing that is cooked blood. WAY DISGUSTING!!!!! It was like eating refried beans as far as texture goes, but it is super disgusting.

So this last Saturday we went proselyting in our new area. Hmmmm how would I describe it......... RICH!!!!!! It was way hard. Every door we rang, they would talk to us through their microphones, and some of the houses had cameras that they would look at you through. We really didn’t have a whole lot of luck and people were a lot more mean. We rang the doorbell of one house and literally the guy opened the door, gave us the death glare of the year, and shook his head back and forth as he slammed it on our faces. hahahahahahaha I will never forget the way he looked at us. We also had a guy who when we rang his doorbell said I don’t believe in god and am now asking you to leave my house. WHOA!!! At least in my last area as I was leaving or being rejected it was like, "Have a good day, Chica!" And they would smile. Well not this are. This area was rich, even for America standards. They had pools, and granite sidewalks, these huge gates that surround their homes. There weren’t even that many dogs in this area. Weird! Anyways I will have to let you know how it goes this Saturday in the same area.

Guess what my district did this last Tuesday? An English fast. We went the whole day without speaking any English. SUPER DIFFICULT!!!!! By the end of the day my head was killing me!!! But it helped me with my Spanish a whole lot. The teachers were telling us that we would be three months ahead of what someone from Provo would be on their Spanish right now! CRAZY! I can understand at least 70 percent of what people say to me and I can only say about 40 percent. And the only things I can talk about are doctrine things. Not hair dryer or cleaning or when to turn off the light in the room. hahahahaha well that was definitely interesting. I will and am getting better. Also we had an IP with one of our teachers and I pretty much directed the lesson, and said a lot of words in Spanish. It was awesome!!!!! It’s by far the best one that we have ever done. I bore testimony of the truths of the Book of Mormon and how if he would read it and pray about it he could know for himself. And I asked if he would follow the example of Jesus Christ and be baptized when he knew they were true. He said yes. It was awesome.

Ok last of all.... THE BROADCAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All right family! That broadcast you guys watched is now going to be applied to yours and my life. We, as a family are going to study Preach My Gospel together. Get out the Preach My Gospel, it may be in my room, and this is what we are going to do. Every Monday or Sunday night i want you to study something from it. This Monday I want you to study the first presidency message. I watched a devotional by Elder Holland that was given January of 2009 in the Provo MTC. He said that preach my gospel was designed to convert the missionary, not the investigator. Why do you think that is important? After you read the first presidency message I want you to turn to page1. What is my purpose as a missionary! Guess what guys... you are all going to be serving a mission right along with me. And with your studying of these things and your responses, you and I will be able to learn and grow in the gospel together. So this Monday I want each one of you to tell me. 1. Why is preach my gospel meant for converting a missionary. 2. Read, along with the first presidency message, about Dan Jones. Look on the internet about him. I don’t know who he is and I’m curious. 3. Memorize the purpose of a missionary. Specifically the boys. It’s super simple. AND DONT COMPLAIN BECAUSE I HAVE TO MEMORIZE IT IN SPANISH. I wish I would have known it before my mission. It applies to everyone. These things in the missionary purpose are things that we’ve done and will be doing. I am going to ask you why this is even important for us. Give me your answers. Read the scriptures together. I have a lot to learn being here on a mission. I hope you will do this with me. It won’t take very long. We in Utah take the gospel way for granted. When I go proselyting there are so many people that are lost and sad looking. The world is so dirty. When people ask me and my companions where we are from, we can say the temple and they know exactly where that is, even those who aren’t members of the church. Want to know why? Because, it stands out from the world. The temple grounds are clean, its white, and the people who are walking in and out of that building are happy. These people recognize the difference. It puts a whole new meaning in stepping out of the world. I never realized that before my mission. So, because you all know who you are and why your here, help those that don’t know or have seemed to forgot. WE can do that by making sure those people around us know we are children of God. That there is absolutely nothing that the Lord won’t forgive and that he never forgets us. I’m not asking you to go around living and breathing doctrine like I am right now but I want you guys to realize and remember that the joy and the blessings we have are never to be forgotten. I love the quote by David Burton...” Live in a way so that people that know you but don’t know Christ, will want to know Christ because they know you”. I know this church is true and I love you guys so so so so so much!!!

Love, Hermana Ross

Yo sé que este Evangelio es verdad y yo agradecido por  la oportunidad yo servir en este Evangelio. Amo este Iglesia con todo corazon. MUCHO AMO, Hermana Ross.

Mba´eichapa peime? (How are you?) in Guatini haha I don't know if that's how you spell it. But this last group of Latins that were here, some of them were from Paraguay and they taught us some words. kind of cool!
OK first off I got your letter in the mail today. Thank you for the stamps. I also got a dear elder from Katelyn  and Jessica. It seriously made my day. So to answer some questions. I don't want you to send anything right now. Mainly because I don't know where I'm going and I don't want it to be sent to the wrong place. I am also thinking that I will probably get a converter at the airport before I leave Argentina. They sell them there. And from what I heard I will be getting a water bottle in my mission. Most do right before they leave the mission home. Its just hard to know what I can buy and what I can't buy down here because I'm just in the MTC. But there is a distribution center here and its puny. Nothing in it. They have very few garments, and nothing but books. I guess though that they make the garments in Paraguay so its easier to get them there. I still think that I want to have a usb thing though for camera. It would be super nice. But we can talk about that later.

OK next thing on the list. I have to write out bullet points to make sure I write everything I can to you guys. So there is supposed to be this huge announcement on Sunday. They are broadcasting it to everyone around the world. They are having us watch it at 7 on Sunday night and for you guys that would be what 4? Its supposed to be about missionary work and its titled "the work of salvation" All of the missionaries are seriously abuzz with this announcement. We have known about it for a week now and its all anyone talks about. WATCH IT PLEASE!!!!!! I'm excited to watch and find out what it is really about.

OK last Saturday we went out proselyting for the second time. We went to the same area we did last time. But this time was a lot better. We had like 8 contacts but each one was almost a lesson. We were following the spirit a lot more this time. Well here are some funny things that happened while we were out. First dad, did you ever go to knock on some ones door and you just felt not good about it. Like you weren't supposed to knock on it. Well my companions and I walk up to this door and we didn't feel good about it. We all looked at each other, like should we knock? And at that moment we all decided to look up. HAHAHAHAH and on the top of this house, which wasn't much taller than us, were a whole collection of beer bottles that were broken and glued to the top of the house. hahahahahahahah we laughed so hard because it was way ironic, and we didn't knock on the door. It just didn't feel right. Also we were in the middle of our area that we could proselyte in and we passed by another door. This door was so warn down. It was a wooden door and it didn't have a doorbell. It was way warn down. The first time we walked by it and we even made the comment that this looked like it could be a really really sketchy door. So we kept walking, and we found that we had been walking in circles. We had passed by this door four different times. So we heard children laughing from behind the door and we finally got the courage to knock. So we did. This adorable little boy answered the door, and we asked for his mom. His mom came to the door, and when she opened the door all we could see was an alleyway that was filled with water, and wood was decaying and you could see the sky. They had nothing!!!!! She had her children around her and they were so beautiful. The little girl just melted my heart. The lady had to be about in her 30s and from what I saw she had three children. Two boys and one girl. We started talking and it was hard to understand her a little because she didn't have many teeth. But we asked her if we could share a scripture with her. So we shared Mosiah 2 verse 41. We talked about how god loves families and then we gave her a Proclamation to the Family. She thanked us, and gave each one of us a kiss on the cheek. She said that she wanted to live her life in a way that would be pleasing to God and that she was very grateful for our message. It wasn't a big thing but it was wonderful to meet her. We were taught a lesson though too. After passing that door 4 times we knew that God knew what we were doing and that we should listen to the promptings of the Holy Ghost. We also met a member on the streets that was cool. We also ran into this older guy who was walking his dog. He had read the Book of Mormon and said it was a novel. He asked us if we were plural wives, and why they never sent black people from our church to South America. It was weird. And Something cool. When we are talking to someone and we feel the spirit, we can understand what they are saying. It is super crazy. With this guy we didn't really understand much, but with the lady and others we talked to, we could understand much more. Well that's proselyting this week for you.

Something crazy, there were 7 sisters that came here with me, one of them from California. Well Sunday night she was having some pains in her stomach and she had to get her appendix removed on Monday. Crazy. She is such a trooper. She is back now and is doing awesome.

Also its super funny that you talked to me about one elder . That week that his mom didn't get an email he accidentally sent it to himself. I did mention in an email though that he is one of the elders that gave me a blessing right? Did you tell his mom that?

Also we are getting another new teacher here because one of our teachers contracts is up and they can only teach here for so long.

Did Ii ever tell you that my companions and I call the room we are in Outer darkness? It's the one room that is just smaller and not as nice as the others. Well today we found out that we get moved to the Celestial room. Hahaha we call this room that because it has two showers and 8 beds, and we get new roommates that are from Columbia. So only 5 girls in this large room! It will be wonderful! The Latin roommates that we had left on Tuesday and we are getting new ones today. I loved them so much! They were just so funny!
Some funny facts, we are going around and assigning Disney characters to each person here in the MTC. Based on looks and personalities. Its super funny! Also we have some super fun times in class. But I'll have to try and write more about that later in an actual letter. I don't have much time today as I usually do. I love you guys and I love hearing from you! . Love you all so so so much. I love being here, and its not like Provo in that I can't leave. It's awesome that we get to go proselyting on Saturdays. It's a good change of scenery. All the missionaries here are so so so close. We are all family! Brothers and sisters in the gospel. We play volleyball and basketball and make fun of each other. I love you guys and wish you the best!!!
che porohayhueterei ( I love you guys in GUAUNIE) maybe that time I spelt it right. Until next week,
love, Hermana Ross.

Proselitismo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent: 6/13/2013 10:45
Ok first off I can't print off pictures but thanks for sending them. Also daughter in Spanish is hija (pronounced long e then ha)  The weather alternates. Some days its chilly, other days its way hot. At night its way humid. My hair is going to be curly my whole mission.

This week was way crazy! So like 15 minutes after I got done writing you guys my last email we had a meeting with president before the new people arrived. They were splitting the districts. And my companions and I were moved to this new district. It is called Moroni! And I love it but I miss my old district a ton! We have new teachers and everything! Its hard but I know it will be good too. In my new district we only have 8 people! So the teachers have more time to help each one of us individually. My Spanish has definitely improved this week. I can actually form sentences in my brain and use them while teaching my investigators. I still love my old district though, and really there are not very many missionaries here in the CCM. We are really one big family. Everyone knows everyone and its awesome. I wouldn't get that in the Provo MTC.

To add to changing districts, we got new roommates. Well that was definitely interesting. Two Latinos!  One Hermana from Chile, and  another Hermana  from Uruguay. Each room has a room coordinator and our room coordinator is  the Hermana from Chile. She thought that the only time that we could shower was in the mornings so she made a list of when we were allowed to go to the bathroom in the morning. Neither one of them speak English and our Spanish is no bueno. So this sign that she put up gave each one of us girls three minutes to shower, go to the bathroom and get ready. My companions and I didn't know how to respond. But during our companionship prayer that night we cried because we didn't know how to tell them that we could shower throughout the day. Anyways they are really awesome girls. And now looking back on that day we all laugh. 3 minutes in the bathroom. Can you imagine? We laugh now and being in a room with them has helped me with my Spanish BIG time! They are super willing to help.  The Hermana from Uruguay will sit down with me and help me write my talks in Spanish, and if I don't know how to say something she will figure out what I'm trying to say, and then say it in Spanish, and then have me repeat it in Spanish. Way awesome of her.
We like them. We also play basketball with them. its funny because they don't know how to play and neither do we. hahahaha its great fun!

So proselyting!!!!!! Holy cow that was eye opening. I am very sheltered here in the CCM. When I'm in this building I sometimes forget that I'm in a different country. Well for proselyting we get on this bus that the church rents and they drop us off literally on a corner and say have fun and we will pick you up here at 5. We proselyte from 11 to 5. They give us a map of our little area and then that's it. So the three of us girls are out proselyting with really no knowledge of Spanish and it was definitely eye opening. DOGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the area that we went proselyting in was a higher class area. One lady that we met on the street while she was waiting for a bus kept saying that this place was like Brooklyn in the states. And that it wasn't very safe. Well nothing bad or even scary happened. And I'm not exactly sure that is what she was really saying in Spanish. They speak way super fast!!!! Well we rang doorbells on gates, and got doors slammed in our faces. You hear all the time about that happening to missionaries, but  got to experience it for the first time last Saturday. Way different. We had talked to people but we didn't have a whole lot of any success. We had one more hour left and we were about to start walking back to the corner the bus dropped us off at when we walked by this lady. And she turned around and stopped us. The three of us companions were kind of down in the dumps because we hadn't much success. This lady was on her way to pick up her daughter from a catholic school. She was super super nice. Ha ha. We told her about the gospel. And we were able to do it in Spanish. She understood us and we gave her a book of Mormon. I was the one who got to bear testimony of the truth of the book and she almost reverently held the book after. She promised to read it and she also got our face book information. hahahahaha so if she tries to add me accept her. We gave her the address to the church and our names and it was just amazing!!! Definitely worth being denied the whole time. She gave her name and number and email. I loved her. Well as we were walking back to the corner we passed her again when she was about to walk into the Catholic Church to pick up her daughter. She had the book of Mormon in her hands, facing towards everyone else. She started to walk into the church like that. We walked by and kind of just laughed. Hopefully no one really paid attention to that.

Something I didn't mention was that I kind of had a bad attitude about moving districts. Well I  was reading my scriptures during personal study and was praying to have comfort. Well distinctly in my mind I kept thinking "forget yourself Tiffany" I was still angry. And  I kept thinking that I was just thinking things in my head. And I kept praying. Well I thought it again and this time I distinctly in my mind thought to open my scriptures to Alma. So I did and this is the scripture I read. Alma 34 verse 38. READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slap to the face for Tiffany! GOD IS REAL AND HE KNOWS ME!!!! haha and my stubbornness.
Some other small thoughts. If they have these things in the states you have got to try them! Alfajores!!!!! Oh my, heaven on earth. They are the closest thing that they have here to candy bars. I don't have as much to write this week, but one sister has stamps and she said that I could have one. So I will try to send you another letter sometime this week. I don't know how long it will take to get there!
I love you guys. I want to hear from all of you! Love you all tons.
Sorry this letter isn't as long as the first one. But I love you and the gospel is true and being a missionary is amazing!!

love, Hermana Ross

week 2!!

Thursday, June 6, 2013

Well I am writing earlier than normal because there are missionaries coming in today. On Tuesday everyone that was here before us left so the people that came in with me are now the only missionaries here. So I will be getting some new roommates. In fact one came in at about 10:45 last night. Not quite sure how to say her name yet but shes from Hondurus. She is so tiny and so sweet. It will be good for my spanish that she is in our room because we have to have community prayer together every night. It will be way cool. Anyways the missionaries will be coming in when i am normally supposed to write.
Ok to answer some questions. I have not recieved a filtered water bottle and I dont know if I will here. The water here in Argentina is actually pretty clean. Its just not in Paraguay. But Maybe you could send one to my mission home. Hope you got the pictures I sent. I couldnt send very many due to time.
Also something new that I dont think I wrote about last time. On July first there will be a new mission in Paraguay. So I might be going to a new mission. It will literally happen the day that i leave the CCM. Crazy huh. That would explain the  fact why there are so many missionaries here going to Asuncion Paraguay and not many going to Uruguay.
Customs was fine. They didnt check any of our bags. But i got a stamp from one of the elders so i sent the letter about the flight. and the keyboard is the same but it is meant for typing spanish. Thats why i dont have any apostraphy things. I totally spelt that wrong.
The roommates that i had that just left are going to Asuncion north and Uraguay Montevideo west. So i think the ones coming in will also be going to those missions.
The days here in the CCM kind of blend together. But on a normal day we wake up at 630, breakfast at 7, personal study at 8-9, Class from 9-lunch. After lunch class again till 330 and then we have 2 hours of physical activity. We will play volleyball, or run laps around the temple. I really am too afraid to play soccer with the natives because first of all its on concrete, and second of all, they are really really really good. Well after physical acitivity we have class till dinner and after dinner we have class till bed. hahaha the classes rotate between studying certain chapters in PMG (Preach My Gospel) or grammar in spanish. And every day we have an investigator that we have to teach. We have two that my companionship is teaching right now. Johanna and Jose. We teach Johanna in the morning and Jose at night. We teach them the lessons in spanish. HAHA for me its spanglish. But you can still feel the spirit. I can also say a simple prayer in spanish, and i can bear my testimony in spanish. Which is pretty big since i came here knowing nothing. It is pretty cool. I love my teachers, they help me a lot. And so do my companions.
I want to share a special experience that i want the boys to really hear. This last sunday we, as a district, had a fast for the gift of tongues. Well on tuesday i was having a really really hard time with the language. In fact i broke down in class because i was so frustrated. Well i decided to ask my district leader if he would give me a blessing that night. So after everyone had left class my companions and two Elders gave me a blessing. Our district leader said the prayer. He was nervous because he had only done it twice before. But he gave me a very sweet blessing. He got chocked up. And after that blessing i thought of my brothers. And how they need to know that the priestood is so special. That blessing was such comfort!
Some other thoughts, sorry my letters are kind of scrambled. Last thursday i got to go through the temple here in Argentina and i will get to go again today. It was beautiful!
Also this saturday they are sending us out into Argentina to go proselyting.HOW COOL IS THAT!? i would not be having that opportunity if i was going to Provo. I love how small it is here and how much everyone care. The president and his wife are always checking up on us and we are always having lots of fun. The food is not that different from home. The seasoning is a little different though. The weirdest thing ive eaten here is rooster. Not that weird.  And I cant be picky because by the time we eat im starving from all the studying. Every morning though i have a bowl of gronola with strawberry yougurt. The yogurt is not as thick as yogurt at home but not as thin as milk. its kinda weird but breakfast is my favorite meal because i know what they will have and i dont have to wonder what it is that im eating. They just have tons of different cereals in the mornings.  Well i think thats about it. I am sure i will have more to write, but i can write it in a letter and send it when i get stamps. you sent it to the mtc right. not through pouch? Well I love you and my thoughts are with you all. The church is true and being a missionary is hard, but its amazing at the same time. I love it here in Argentina! And i cant wait to get to Paraguay! I feel like ive been here for months because the days are all the same. But its good, its really really good. LOVE YOU!!!!

Ok first off i have so much to write. First off i have an hour every day to write on thursdays at 1 here. They told us when we were able to email you shortly after arriving that we would be writing on tuesdays but its actually thursday. Im pretty sure that a lot of parents were super upset when their kids didnt email them. I guess its a good thing that I forgot to tell you that in my email. Also if you could please send me in the regualar mail some stamps. American stamps can be used for pouch mail here. So i can write you and send it with american stamps and you will get it in nine days. AWESOME! So i guess dear elder doesnt work that well. regular mail works better and we get it in nine days. So if you could send me an email with a letter and american stamps it would be awesome. Just send it to the Argentina MTC mailing adress. The MTC is the CCM in spanish. We arrived at about eleven thirty this time. Just in time for lunch. It was super foggy when we landed and by the end of the day it became very sunny. Super small airport! and when we found the guy who was supposed to pick us up, super funny. He kept asking us to hold up the sign with the church logo on it and it was was floppy because it was just a regular paper. So when he looked at us and saw that we couldnt hold it up he just rolled his eyes, said something in spanish and took it away. Oh well have a lot to learn before i could understand what he said anyways. The drive to the CCM we didnt see much because we rode the freeway but it was way close to the airport and the first thing we saw was the temple! BEAUTIFUL!!! When we arrived we had to have an interview with the president and his wife and then unpack our bags. Well first we unpacked our bags. We were told to unpack everything we needed in like twenty minutes and then they took our bags and put them in a storage shed. There is so much that i still have in that bag that i wished i would have grabbed. And then we met with the mission Pres. and his wife. President asked me about you guys and asked why I decided to serve a mission. He then told me not to compare myself with others because everyone learns the language differently. Then he prayed for me and for our family. It was beautiful!
Then i recieved my companion. Or companions I should say. Im in a trio. They are awesome girls.
The first two days here kind of flew by in a blur. It was super hard and i think i was in a lot of shock. We had so much to do and we werent used to the schedules yet. But i was put into a district with 10 elders and 3 Hermanas. But i want to talk to you about sunday. Its really the only day that i started to really remember things. All of our meetings are in English. Except for the talks we have to give in spanish. Well during our sunday school time we meet with our districts and we had a testimony meeting on why we decided to serve a mission. It was amazing. Hearing why all of these elders decided to serve missions was so inspiring and comforting. I know that im supposed to be here learning and growing with these missionaries. And I have much comfort. The spirit is so strong here i wish i could just wrap it up and send it home to you. Also at the end of every sabbath day we get to watch a movie! At the end of this last sunday we got to watch the testaments. Do you know how cool it is to watch that show knowing im in South America!!! AWESOME!!!!!
This week has been good. The language is super hard and im the only one i my district with no advanced learning of it. But my companions are so willing to help and i know i will be blessed with the gift of tongues. For example the first day we arrived we knew that the teachers would only speak spanish with us. I couldnt understand a word. The next day i was asked by one of the teachers, in spanish, what is jesus christ to you? and i was able to answer in spanish, my salvador (my savior). It was a little tender mercy from my heavenly father that it will happen, just in time. Some funny things, the difference between latinos and Americans. There are 93 missionaries here. The most to ever attend the CCM. More than half of them are Americans. And one night we had the most americanish food yet, chicken strips and fries. The latinos put ketchup over it and ate it with a fork and knife while the Americans were chomping it down with their fingers. Also the Latinos think its super funny to play football or soccer against the white boys. They like it because they can cream them while playing. Also my afternoon teacher is holarious. . He speaks english quite well and is the teacher that helps us with the grammar and teaching skills. Well he was trying to explain how to do the mail and he told us that the only way it will get to you is if you put Mother maria right on the envelope.  He is 21 and just returned three months ago from his mission in Equador i think.
I want to last of all write about yesterday. Oh yesterday was absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!! BEST DAY EVER!!!! We got to go listen to Elder Cook speak! And being an Hermana is wonderful because we got to be the first ones to shake his hands and sit right up front. THREE rows away from him. All the missionaries were loaded up on buses to see him at the Argentina mission home. And we had to take backroads because there were people protesting on the freeways and picketing off the roads. It was super eye opening to drive through the towns though. We saw super rich and super poor. We even passed some missionaries on the side of the road. But dogs were eating through the trash, people living under the highways. Its insane! Well it took about an hour for us to get there and after shaking hands we heard him talk. It was translated in spanish for the others and the other missionares that are serving in Argentina were there. Well i want to tell you what he had to say. He first of all blessed our families. He wanted us to know that they would be all right and that we were meant to be here. Then he talked about the age change. He said before that there were 2 apostles and about 500 calls a week and after the age change 1500 calls a week and 6 apostles. Wow! How awesome!!!  This is the true Church and I am where im supposed to be. This place is a dedicated place for learning and growing. It has almost the same spirit as the temple. Its wonderful!!!
Some other cool things because i have time. We have IPs with our teachers and they are actually our teachers. We have two teachers.  They act as investigators and we have to teach them. The cool thing is that they are acting as investigators they they taught on their missions, and people that were actually baptized! Also in my room is another trio of girls.  But we get new roommates next week because they have been here for 5 and a half weeks. I love you guys so much. I hope this answers a lot of your questions and gives you comfort. Ill write more in letters. send the stamps as soon as possible. Love you all!!!!!
